We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases where product availability, pricing, or order information has been incorrectly displayed.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Minor variations in fabric, embroidery, print, color, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the nature of individually produced garments.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

Danishe by Anum reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, email address, and delivery information are correct. Danishe by Anum will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if the product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer may be contacted to confirm the order before dispatch.

Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation where applicable.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order type, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery-related delays may be outside the control of Danishe by Anum.

7. Exchange & Return Policy

We carefully inspect our products before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of receiving your order.

To request an exchange or report an issue, customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or videos of the product and packaging.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Sale, discounted, customized, altered, or made-to-order items may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be made within [X hours] of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Sale & Promotional Items

Danishe by Anum will not be held responsible for delays, losses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.
